The same tumor, twice —
ground up and counted, fixed and seen
Flow cytometry gives you numbers and loses position. Histology gives you position and loses numbers.
These 20 lessons follow both, side by side, all the way to what you learn when the two answers disagree — the point where the paper found that the same 3.5% is not the same 3.5%.

Counting and seeing are not taught separately. For the same tumor, you keep comparing what each method gains and what it loses.
