The parts never translated
decide how much gets made
Volumes I to V picked the target, filtered the epitopes, optimised the codons and finished the in-silico cloning. This volume is the paper's optional step — everything outside the coding sequence.
The Kozak sequence that parks the ribosome in the right place, the upstream AUGs that steal the reading frame, the five validated human UTRs the paper names, the best reported pair, and how to screen all six combinations.
At the end comes m1-pseudouridine — the one thing in six volumes that is not a prediction, because the approved vaccines actually use it. That does not make this paper's own construct validated. Lesson 20 draws that line.
Python runs right inside this page. There is nothing to install.
How you'll learn
The coding sequence is three quarters of the molecule. The other quarter decides when, how much and how long.
One upstream AUG shifts the whole reading frame. You write the finder yourself.
Three by two is six. With no basis to choose, you run all of them.
m1-pseudouridine is what approved vaccines use — and you learn why that validates nothing else.
