What you are making
picks the machine
Part I followed one box, part II one flow line. This part puts them side by side.
A mass balance shows where the mass comes from; Amdahl's law shows which step to shorten; the regulatory QC panel counts the boxes both papers left blank. We strip the six hidden assumptions out of "1275 ug = about 40 doses", and finish with a design exercise where four requirements pick the modules for you.
Python runs right inside this page. There is nothing to install.
How you'll learn
Yield alone is not enough. We measure with productivity, yield per volume, STY and QC coverage, changing the ruler each time.
Amdahl's law: a step that takes little of the total barely helps even if reduced to zero.
Of eleven regulatory QC items, neither paper fills half. Knowing which are blank is the point.
In lesson 18 four requirements pick your modules; in lesson 19 you redraw both papers' tables from scratch.
