Six hours to two,
641 to 1275
Part I's box gathered six steps into one place. Once gathered, the bottleneck became obvious — not in making the mRNA but in cleaning up afterwards.
This paper re-solves that by making it flow: a single 150 uL plug shuttled back and forth through 3.8 m of capillary, DNase immobilised on a membrane, and sensors rather than timers opening each next step. The result is 1275 ug in two hours with a fifth of the dsRNA.
Python runs right inside this page. There is nothing to install.
How you'll learn
Mixing, heat, pyrophosphate. The three reasons batch loses all vanish in flow.
Eight combinations read one change at a time, so each module's contribution can be separated.
Immobilise the enzyme and carryover never occurs. A problem that does not exist cannot fail.
Every lesson has a laboratory widget — residence time, pore size, salt, sensor thresholds, turned by you.
